How the program works.
Who can refer someone?
Anyone. You don't need to be part of the CloserLink network to refer a salesperson or a company.
When do I get paid?
Referral rewards are paid on completed placements. We confirm the exact amount and payout terms with you in writing before the referral moves forward.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes — there's no limit. Submit the form for each referral, or share your personal referral link so people can apply through it directly.
What is the referral link for?
After submitting a referral you get a personal link. Anyone who applies or requests talent through it is attributed to you automatically, so you don't have to submit the form again.
Does the person I refer need to know?
Yes. You confirm on the form that they know about the referral and are happy to be contacted. We won't cold-contact someone who hasn't agreed to it.
